Lesson Fees, Attendance Policies, and Parent/Student Media Consent

Payment Methods and Refunds:

  • Payments can be made via our website, in cash, or through bank transfer.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

Tuition Payment Schedule & Fees:

  • Tuition fees must be paid in advance by the last week of each payment cycle to secure the following cycle’s lessons.

  • Payments cover a fixed weekly time slot for a 4-week block and cannot be extended beyond this period.

  • Failure to pay by the deadline may result in the opening of your time slot for other students.

  • Lesson prices are subject to change without prior notice. By continuing enrollment, you accept any future adjustments to fees.

No Makeup Lesson Policy:

  • Missed lessons are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited to future weeks.

  • If the teacher is unable to provide the lesson, it will be rescheduled.

Absences and Holidays:

  • Please inform the teacher in advance if you plan to be absent during an upcoming cycle. This allows us to offer your time slot to other students or retain it with continuous payment while you are away.

  • Frequent absences may result in lesson termination at the end of the payment cycle.

  • School and public holidays are treated as any other absence. Lessons may still be available on public holidays, and arrangements can be discussed individually.

Online Lessons:

  • Online lessons are available if in-person attendance is challenging or when the teacher or student is away.

Cancellation, Tardiness, and Absence Notifications:

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.

  • If you’re running late, please inform the teacher via message.

  • Frequent failure to notify the teacher about absences may result in lesson termination.

Health and Safety:

  • Students should remain at home if they are unwell.

  • In cases of mild illness, an online lesson may be considered.

During the Lesson:

  • Arrive on time; if early, please wait outside until your scheduled start.

  • For one-on-one sessions, only the student and, if needed, one additional person for note-taking are permitted.

  • For a focused learning environment, we kindly ask that relatives and visitors refrain from attending. When the time is right, we’ll host an open master class for all to enjoy!

  • Eating during lessons is not allowed.

Commitment to Practice & Parental Support:

  • Consistent practice is essential for successful musical progress. Parental support during home practice is strongly encouraged to reinforce learning.

  • Failure to practice or follow the teacher’s guidance may result in lesson termination at the end of the payment cycle.

Parent/Student Media Consent:

  • By attending Guitar with Luke, you consent to the use of photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during lessons for educational and promotional purposes by the teacher.

  • You understand that these materials may be used in various formats, including websites, promotional videos, and other multimedia platforms, and that published content may be accessible to a wide internet audience.

By enrolling in Guitar with Luke, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of lesson fees, attendance policies, and media consent described above.
